The Great Manchester Fraud- part 2

So, all clubs having followed these agreed rules, or punished for not doing so. Manchester City want to claim these are discriminatory and should be ignored. Well, yes! they are discriminatory as they are intended to create a levelish playing field for all clubs and not have a very very rich club just buy the success and thereby destroy football.

I don’t understand why this is such a difficult concept for City to accept – unless they fear they could not achieve what they have without the purchasing power they have!!!!!
